It’s been a crazy start of the new decade and Andreas and myself have been wildly busy with a lot of other projects that are not only cool (see Sand People) but also happen to pay our bills. About 3 weeks ago we decided that negligence was not an option for Music Is Vienna and we headed out to shoot and talk again.
This time with crazy little and cute Uffie (23 year old amrican Miami-se living in Paris, signed with Ed Banger and mother two a 8 month old daughter) who was playing at our friends club Pratersauna during their first electronic music festival called Prater Unser.
I was pretty excited to meet Uffie, as I have liked her music since I first heard “Ready to Uff” in 2005 on a dirty and sweaty dancefloor in Club 77 in Sydney. Andreas had developped a massive fever on the day and I had to work all my magic to make him take pictures. But as usual, he was pretty alive and kicking once he held the camera in his hands and we used the freaky solarium human torture chair that has been in Pratersauna since it’s hayday as a massive swinger club….
